### What's the difference between plans?

The only difference is the number of projects you can create. Starter includes 1 project, Growth includes 5, and Scale gives you unlimited projects. Every plan includes unlimited tests, unlimited visitors, revenue tracking, and the full feature set.

### Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial. No credit card required.

### Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20%.

### What counts as a project?

A project is a single website or domain you want to run A/B tests on. Each project gets its own API key, snippet, and test history.

### Why don't you charge per visitor like everyone else?

Visitor-based pricing punishes growth. The more successful your site becomes, the more you pay — even if you're running the same tests. We think that's backwards. You should pay for what you use (projects), not be taxed on your traffic.

### Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in the EU (AWS eu-west-1). We never sell visitor data or share it between accounts. Visitor IP addresses are not stored in our database — they are used transiently to derive country/region and filter bots. We use first-party cookies only, no third-party tracking cookies, and the SDK exposes a consent API so you can gate tracking behind your cookie banner.
